New Enterprise Software System Implementation

• Integrated software required employees to have working knowledge of key business processes to insure accurate transaction recording.

• Created a customized standard training manual for use in all stores and distribution center to insure consistent training.

• Converted training materials along with flowcharts of key company processes to web-based intranet for quick and easy reference once initial training program was completed.

 Result:

• All personnel were effectively trained resulting in reliable and accurate data for business reporting.   

• Personnel could easily access documentation when procedural questions arose.  

• Productivity increased by 27% by reducing follow up calls on questionable data and by centralized reporting.
